• Email and phone correspondence - when you contact us directly.
• Client project data - information, systems access, and materials you share with us during an engagement.

We do not use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this website.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate project fit.
• To scope, propose, and deliver the work you've engaged us for.
• To communicate with you during and after an engagement.

That's it. We don't use your information for marketing to third parties, and we don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.

Client Data and Confidentiality

When you engage us for a project, you may share access to internal systems, proprietary data, business processes, and other sensitive information. We treat all client data as confidential by default, regardless of whether a formal NDA is in place. Specifically:

• Client data is accessed only for the purposes of the engagement.
• No client data is stored on shared or public machines.
• Credentials and access tokens are never committed to code repositories.
• All systems access is revoked at the conclusion of an engagement.
• We do not reference client names, projects, or details publicly without explicit written permission.

We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any discovery conversation. If you have specific security or compliance requirements, we'll work with you to meet them.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and for our business records. Client project data is retained only for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable wind-down period (typically 30 days), after which it is deleted unless you request otherwise.

Your Rights

You can request at any time:

• A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of any inaccurate information.
• Deletion of your information from our records.

Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Contact form submissions are processed through a server-side endpoint. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social media tracking scripts.
